Do you groom inside my home?
Yes! We use your bath or suitable sink and bring our grooming table, dryer, equipment, and tools. Please have warm running water, a nearby outlet, and a clear, quiet work area ready.
What is the difference between the grooms?
Bath includes a wash, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Full Groom adds a full haircut. Mini Groom is a bath with a face, feet, and fanny tidy-up between full grooms.
How is my price calculated?
Your estimate reflects your dog’s breed, weight, groom type, and selected extras. Mixed or unknown breeds need a description so we can review their coat and confirm pricing.
What if my dog’s coat is matted?
Matted coats may incur additional charges for the extra grooming work required. Please tell us about any matting in your care notes. The final price is confirmed after your dog’s coat is assessed.
Can I book a dog over 50 lb?
Dogs over 50 lb need approval first. Submit the inquiry in the booking form. Once approved, that dog can book through your account at their assigned prices.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?
Your selected time is held while BonBark reviews your request. We’ll contact you to confirm your appointment. Sign in with the same account to reuse your saved contact and pet details.
How can I pay?
We accept Venmo, Cash App, cash, or checks. We do not accept credit cards, and no payment is taken through this booking form.
